Privacy Policy

We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) principles — purpose limitation, data minimisation, and user rights.

We collect account details (phone or email), profile information you provide, job applications, and technical logs needed to operate the service. We do not store Aadhaar or PAN numbers — only yes/no flags when you choose to share them.

Data is used to create your account, match jobs, notify you about applications and shortlists, verify employers, and improve service reliability.

We share data with employers when you apply, with processors that send OTP/email/push on our behalf, and with authorities when legally required.

We retain account data while your account is active. Notifications expire after 7 days. Deleted accounts are anonymised (true erasure of identifiers).

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from Settings. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account.
